Hey I wanted to use Nomans Tek, but i don't live in a area were i can find Mimosa Hostilis, can i still use this method with some other plant containing DMT?

No, noman's is a straight to base tek which works with MHRB because it has very little plant fats. For any other plant you'll need to do the full proper acid base extraction along with multiple defats before you basify.

Search for an a/b extraction. Thing is most of those are written for MHRB as well because it's so widely available so they usually don't include the defat step.

To defat just do 3 or 4 pulls with a non polar solvent in the acid phase before you basify. That will get rid of all the fat and junk from the plant material.

I've included a file in this post that will set you on the right track. You'll know a lot after reading it plus it has good pics.
