How do you know if someone knows what sex is? What is used as a guide to be certain that they know all the implications?
Quote: If it was their choice there should be no psychological trauma. An individual with raging hormones is going to do it one way or another. Its a primal urge, but that doesnt make it any less desireable.
It is sometimes a primal urge to have sex with as many people as you can manage in one night, most people choose not to do this as adults for various reasons. How then can you say a child that hasn't even finished high school can make this type of decision?
Quote: And no I dont approve of using authority as an adult to force someone into sex nor do I approve of drugging, threatening, or physically forcing sex.
claiming that children of 12 can make choices about sex and then saying laws are not needed is your approval, its saying its alright

The 12 year old was one of my friends children. She was developing nicely and was probably sporting a c cup.
No, I am not a bad looking guy, and I am known to do fairly well with the opposite sex, and have been hit on by gays more than once.
No, I am also not a complete social loser, and I will go talk to people that I don't know about any old thing that they want to talk about, so long as I am in a social "mood". I usually say "hi" or "sup" to anyone that I make eye contact with on the street or in a store.
Well this hot little vixen tried to seduce me, almost worked, but at the last minute I was like "What the fuck are you doing, this girl is twelve!"
If he had actually done it, does he deserve to have his life ruined for a victimless crime?
is it victimless when the child learns that their sexuality is only as good as they flaunt it to others?
