I completely agree. Everytime I hear a new Final Fantasy announced, I jump on youtube holding my breath, only to find every single time that it is a different story line. I don't think we are ever going to get our graphically enhanced second round with the Shinra as Cloud :sad:

It took me 4 months to finish it.. I kind of had to force myself to. I haven't gone back to finish all of the side quests and I don't intend to. The graphics are awesome, but the actual game and story is really bad.

I remember when I used to be glued to the tv for a week playing the latest ff game. It's all gone down hill...

The controls and user interface for 14 looks and feels ancient. It is not what I expect from a modern mmo in the slightest. Extremely old and clunky feeling.. =/

It's pretty much an 11 clone with better graphics. All of the characters look the same but are called something different. I'm not impressed at all.

ive played all the Final Fantasy games and i really think 7-10 were the best.

Square has been rereleasing older games on the Nintendo DS for a while now. it would be fuckin awesome if there was a portable version of FFVII.

I got to disc 2 once. It was a pretty cool game, but i always got tired of it after a few days. I'd love to see someone who knows how to play do a runthrough or something.

That would take a couple of days of non stop playing.... :lol:

That was one thing I didn't like...  They took way too damn long to beat.  I just loved 8's story so much that it kept me hooked.

Kingdom Hearts was fucking awesome too, and not too long.  Fuckin LOVED that game, would have played it over and over if my PS2 hadn't gotten stepped on by my clumsy ass little brother

yea, the last time I played it it was non stop, that was over 8 years go.  Those games are too long sometimes.
