Thawing frozen dried mushrooms

So I dried a bunch of mushrooms and placed them in ziplock bags and throwed them in the freezer... now they told me that ziplock bags suck... that they let air in... and its true.

I already had some mushrooms in cracker dry stage and with just 1 night i let them in their sealed ziplock bag on the counter they lost they crispyness and were kinda chewy again...

so Can I thaw my mushrooms to re-dry them??? or will they spoil once thawed? I plan on doing the CO2 thing with crystal bottles..

It's a bad idea to freeze any mushrooms if you plan to thaw them, but jesus you registered in 99, so I should just shut the fuck up here.

they shouldn't take longer than 5-10 minutes or so to thaw...just dry them after that

Yeah. I'd just thaw them in a desiccant chamber, should work fine. In the future store them in an air tight container like a mason jar.
