Erowid lists it as being about the same potency as pachanoi...others believe it to be more potent (especially the monstrose forms). I've personally only tried one small dose of the regular form so can't really say, but I lean towards it being, on average, slightly stronger than the average pachanoi.

They grow a little slower (which might in itself explain any potency variation) but seem to put out pups much more frequently than pachanoi etc.

Like, I think, like, you should check Erowid, or like lycaeum or some stuff like that.

Most experienced people I've spoken too tend to agree that bridgesii is markedly more potent than san pedro, but this of course depends on growing conditions, varieties, as well.
Perhaps the biggest bonus with bridgesii if you can get past those HUGE spines is that it is by far the most palatable out of any of the commonly used mesc-bearing cacti. Considering how bad san pedro and peyote taste this mightent be saying much.. but it definatley is much less bitter and horrible. Plus it is definatley a very cool looking plant.
As pynchon said, growth is usually a bit slower than pachanoi, but they do produce alot of pups and branch out, which looks wicked, especially when the cactus reaches a large size.
