Just do a search on 'tea' and you'll find some recipes..BTW, this site has some 'good' archives!

I tried this and it worked great!!!! I used a half pt cake and cut it up into cubes, then put the cubes into 2 cups boiling water for 15 min. It's enough for 2 people, I've read of someone mixing hot cocoa mix in it or I put a green tea bag in mine. It tasted fine, with a distinct aftertaste, but nothing really nasty. Have fun!!!!!!!!

i've tried that method and only got minimum results BUUUTTTT just two days later i used the "purest" cranberry juice i could find with just half a teaspoon vitamin c crystals and had a level 4 trip :smile:
