i live in a very rural area
not many houses/people
on this public dirt road that leads to somebody's house
lining the road
i found (95% postive) san pedro, and peruvian torch,
quite good size, 4-5 feet
and about 30 or so total cacti

you can probably guess my dilemma...

ive always been against taking stuff that isnt mine

and dont like stealing, AT ALL

but in this case
its not even being used
except as decoration

its on a public road
(however, it is next to the persons property fence, that runs like 4 miles)

the person who owns the property obviously planted these cacti, years ago.

there is 1 cactus out of the 30
that has obviously been cut
probably to consume, by somebody who saw it.


sooo, idk,

would it be wrong to apprehend some of this cactus???



or will this bring me some unwanted karma?

i want to try mescaline, its been consuming my thoughts lately... especially since i just read how pleasurable eating is on a mesc trip..

and thats my favorite thing to do! is eat! i will eat huge meals rolling balls, or frying, or shrooming!! i just  LOVE IT!!

anyways, opinions on the subject matter would be appreciated.

ive done A LOT of research, and im almost positive these are the cacti ive listed.

i would go talk to them, but their house is in the middle of their fucking 20 acre property, i cant really get to it.

i saw one of the residents the other day, picking rasberries and 'blackberries? idk what kind they were...

but i stopped and asked for some berries, trying to figure out what kind of people they were.

the lady seemed very mean, and confused about me asking for berries, (maybe she was trippin balls? ) but she gave me some and continued to pick them, and off i went.

if i do see her again and ask for a cutting, could i ask for it to grow it? or does a cutting literally mean you are wanting to trip balls?

I'm an ethno gardener myself and when I wake up and find the odd poppy or datura pod missing I'm about ready to rip someone a new one

On the other hand if someone were to inquire about my plants I could see, in most cases, quite a nice dialogue and possibly a new friendship beginning

I'd deff be more than happy to hook somebody who has courtesy to inquire about one of my plant specimens with a cutting or whatever

Even if it weren't about the 'active' side of the plant and more for ornamental purposes, I'd still hook them up

But that's just me

I've never had a 'mescalito' myself, either, and I just started a few trays of T Bridgesii and T Peruvianus for cultivation

Not at all, man

It's MUCH easier to grow a cactus from a cutting than seeds, she should most likely know that if she's into cacti growing

And the same size cutting you'd get to cultivate just happens to be about the same size as what you need to have "fun" with, too (in most cases)

If she get's suspicious tell her you're gonna take it home and let it scar over and then plant it, that little detail should let her know you're legit with gardening, in case she doesn't support teH dr00gz

but im not taking any cacti unless given permission, thats my conclusion.

because somebody planted it, whether it be for decoration or ball trippin'

and thats their cacti..


however, they could have planted it right INSIDE the fence? instead of outside?

they have to KNOW its active, if theyre growing it.

why put it someplace where people have access to it?

maybe its there for taking..


maybe not



i need to catch that lady pickin berries again....

but first, i will acquire more knowledge about growing this cacti, so as to sound intelligent i love that graemlin..
