I get sent home and told to prepare a statement and come back in the next afternoon (tomorrow).  My statement is pretty solid and even mentions my random drug testing for probation.  The only people that were out back when I was smoking were both "friends" of mine (also, coincidentally both females; never slept with, nor even hit on either, for various reasons).  One was a friend I chill with fairly often. The other one is the first cousin of a GOOD friend.

Not sure who made what statement, but I know I've got an uphill battle. i'm expecting to be fired but it won't surprise me if I can weasel my way out of this with just a stern talking to.

well, the management is going to ask the other employees if they have seen you smoking.

if just one of the girls narc'd, the other one is going to have to lie, or cover YOUR ass, which is not likely.

if you have some friends that also smoke in there that are higher up in the management, i would suggest talking to them, and having them talk to the management about you, try to change the image they have of you, make you out to be a crucial employee that really works hard. that they have never seen  smoke pot, and dont think that youwould.

idk, something along those lines. i had a similar situation happen to me, except the management found our chillin area on the roof, complete with chairs, a table, and some lighters and shit.

the main chef knew we smoked up there, he didnt smoke, but as long as we made him happy by doing our jobs, he was cool with it.

he vouched for us and said that he never knew we smoked, and that if we were smoking pot up there, it had made us some of the hardest working employees they had!!

well, covering my ass isn't that unlikely. like I said. I KNOW (95% sure) which one narc'd me out. There were only the two of them out there. the second one I wouldn't be surprised if she just said she didn't see anything. Plus on top of that, its a corporate restaurant which complicates things for them, pretty much without a manager actually catching me red-handed that makes things really hard. like I said. I'm just deny deny deny. none of the managers smoke at work, (but luckily my favorite manager that really likes me will be there tomorrow). I'll update tomorrow. I'm passing out.
