Apple Store Education Discount Loophole

You would think someone would have caught on to this by now - it's been like this for at least seven or eight years. At the Apple Store online there's an Education store, where you can get a discount as a member of a higher learning student body or faculty. But the thing is...you can tell them you are, and they never check. :lol:

I've used it a bunch of times.

I just ordered myself a birthday present that my family is chipping in for, a new computer...I got a $100 discount on the laptop, and a free 8GB iPod Touch. All because I'm a student at New York University. :lol:

Except I'm 27 and don't go to school. So....yeah. Take advantage of that.
