New Horizons robotic spacecraft, to Pluto and beyond!

I heard about this a few years ago and was recently reading about it again. I think it will be awesome to see some new higher quality photos of Pluto and learn more about it, and other far away planets and objects. Maybe they will even discover some new crazy stuff past Pluto and our solar system:eek:! Is anyone else excited about this too or have any thoughts?

It has already accomplished quite a bit and here is it's schedule>

Planned
March 18, 2011 — The probe will pass Uranus' orbit.
August 24, 2014 — The probe will pass Neptune's orbit.
July 14, 2015 — Flyby of Pluto around 11:47 UTC at 13,695 km, 13.78 km/s.
July 14, 2015 — Flyby of Charon, Hydra and Nix around 12:01 UTC at 29,473 km, 13.87 km/s.
2016-2020 — Possible flyby of one or more Kuiper Belt objects (KBOs).
2029 — The probe will leave the solar system.

When did it leave? I was reading that and thought 5 years seemed a bit quick to get to Pluto
