I am doing nothing with my degree in Anthropology. However, I will be going to graduate school, and so will you if that is what you decide to pursue. However, all undergraduate programs should emphasis the importance of a second major, or at least a minor. My second major was Sociology, so I'd say make the second major purposeful if you are unsure about graduate school.

with a PhD any of those things you listed.

really, with a BA not terribly much.
Of the a handful of my peers
One worked in Public Health
One is teaching English in China, and his hoping to goto a university there for his PhD
most are bartenders or servers
and the rest are in graduate school.

Remember though anthropology is more than just ethnology and ethnography, there is archaeology, linguistics, and biological anthropology.

I think it might be a bit different if the economy was better. Anthropologists are ideal for my entry level business jobs and research positions too.

Forensic anthropology is the application of the science of physical anthropology and human osteology (the study of the human skeleton) in a legal setting, most often in criminal cases where the victim's remains are in the advanced stages of decomposition. A forensic anthropologist can also assist in the identification of deceased individuals whose remains are decomposed, burned, mutilated or otherwise unrecognizable. The adjective "forensic" refers to the application of this subfield of science to a court of law.

Leverage your degree to get a job.
I have a programming degree, but I don't work in that field. But it helped me get this job.
