Started playing a couple months after BC came out, 2 other roommates at the time encouraged the addiction.  Game was awesome until Outlands, hated that crap and gave up at 67. I somewhat want to get back in and check out WOTLK, but want to get a job and that wont help.

Also, WoW ran awesome on my macbook at the time, so it was the only game on mac I tried that did :thumbup:

I played for about a year, all day every day.

I think about playing it sometimes then I just think to myself, it's a waste of life. I'd rather go do real life things.

I have 3 friends offering to pay my subscription if I come back.

I'm sure they only want a veteran tank, priest, and ranged dps for their raids.

I'm all set. Tonight I'm signing up for my text-based roleplaying game. Turning in my final paper and rushing home.

Gotta be addicted to something, right?

So it would seem. I think most of the people living in first world countries have an addiction to something. Whether it be a drug, an object, a practice, a person... Human beings addict to everything.

I'm actually happy my computer died on me and the computer I have now isn't good enough to even play an online game lol.

i know that going back will just make me more depressed about my life but the urge is getting pretty strong to go back to this game.

I played the one before Lich King up to level 67 and quit.  I enjoyed the leveling but had no interest in PvP or any of that shit so I just flat out quit.  My friends that still played had never witnessed someone quit so abruptly and successfully.  :lol:
