Problem with Ralphsters

Hello everyone. I recently placed an order with ralphsters for some microscope samples after long consideration and studying here on the forums because his reputation seems to proceed him. That being said i am sure that this will all get sorted out so thanks for your time! Ralph i recently ordered your "ralphsters special" and did the secure non-registering checkout. I understand that i cant track my order this way but am concerned about registering because i don't want anything on permanent file. Anyways after not hearing back about the order for some days after sending off the money order i sent you an email with my order confirmation number in it inquiring about the order's status to which you replied "we do not have any order from you"! Please help!

order #4530 on May 1st, 2010.
