yanking out nose-hairs is NEVER a good idea.

at least not for me.  every goddamn time i do it, that shit gets infected.  then i have to deal with a painful goddamn pimple INSIDE of my nostril. 

it happens frequently enough that i should know never to yank out pesky protruding nose hair.  yet i still do.  and sure enough, 3 days later it feels like there's a goddamn painful peanut jammed into the skin of my nostril.

and of course that shit is impossible to pop because it's inside of my goddamn nose.  takes forever to go away.  godfuckingdamnit.

does anyone else have to deal with this?

It's a better idea if you inhale the lighter fluid then flick the lighter...it's solves all the problems at once.

I get those pimples from time to time, and you are right about it being painful.  I have never noticed a correlation between plucking nose hairs and nosepimpleinfection though... :shrug:

never gotten a pimple from it though, that sucks.

Ow! Just the pain from yanking out the nosehairs is enough to make my eyes water. I couldn't imagine getting an infection up there.

Sometimes I'll get those little pimples on the inside of my nose (Or I used to, I guess, as a teenager, haven't had one for awhile now).  I've never yanked out nose hairs, though :eek:  Why would you do that?

Is the inside of your nose really that hairy?

I guess I should count myself lucky, but I've never felt a need to trim or pluck hair from my nose.

i've got a beard trimmer that has a nosehair trimmer head attachment thingy.  and i use that when i'm home.

but i've been traveling for ages now.  and i don't really need to add shit to my pack.

I compulsively yank out my nose hairs if they protrude. They never get infected though.

Did you know that plucking nose hairs feels almost exactly like getting your nose pierced?
Well, it did to me anyway.
That's all I really have to add.

Oh, and your nose probably gets all gross cuz when you pluck hair, it opens the pore and then there's snot in your nose and all that good stuff. Sounds painful btw.
