100% brag post sorry!!! I saw this by Alex Grey and just had to have it...

I had my own idea of overconsciousness a long time prior to seeing this piece...

His piece of art "Oversoul" is very similar to the way I have pictured this idea in my head, honestly kinda freaked me out but also really cool that he had similar idea and is gifted enough to bring it to life!

Can't figure out how to post picture in here but this is a link to what I bought!!

Hah i ordered just the signed oversoul poster about a week ago =) Must save the money to go to the US to go to the CoSM to see them in person... TIPPING BALLS! now that would do them justice

Ahh, I love Alex Grey. I'll show some of my favorite paintings. :laugh:

Net of Being: The painting that helped me understand Buddhism. I was on shrooms, and it blew my mind.


Gaia: Not only does this really put shit into persptive, but it's beautiful and, dare I say, prophetic. check out the right corner of the tree. You'll see George Bush, a DICK (Cheney), and a soldier on the industrial, end of days type scene. This painting was made in the 80's or 90's. LOLWUT?


And this one is just cool, I think I'll buy this one soon.

Cool, I like Alex Grey's work, you should check out some of Andy Thomas's posters, the medium sized prints are well priced and are very high quality I bought "uranium worm wood" & "Tropical Parasite" a while ago, next i want to get "Hydrochloric fire needle" to complete the trio.

I recently watched the Sacred Mirrors DVD on Netflix with Alex Grey talking about each piece I absolutely love his work!
