Rain, oh no.

Well, the Rain shot my plans today... wanted to do some wood working outside with my new Miter Saw... that aint happening.  I really hope the east coast doesn't get bombarded with rain all spring and summer, like last year.

Now I have no idea what to do with myself today.

I'm sick of it too. I drove/road from Alabama to Indy yesterday and it was raining the whole time, still is. Worms...everywhere! The horror!

I'm thinking about getting one of those over-sized party tents for my back yard so I can either work, or have parties in the rain this year.
Of course God will just find another way to stop me from enjoying my life.

rain means no work today. and i needed a break. my body is so sore from working the chainsaw the past three days.

and i'm sun burnt :lol:

i'm thankful for the rain today. but i hope it doesnt keep up for too long.

Hahaha... I actually thought about this post a few minutes ago. I was walking past the library on my way home from class and kept seeing tons of these little flat black squiggles, probably around 500-1000 of them. I was thinking "That doesn't look like bird shit and birds don't have anywhere to sit around here. It couldn't be worms, could it?" Sure enough I looked closer to the dirt and there are three worms squirming along the pavement. Massive worm suicide! Oh the humanity!

Quick nerd fact: you see worms on the pavement after a lot of rain because they breath air just like us. When the soil gets flooded they will drown if they don't find higher ground, so their search for higher ground ends up with them finding pavement and they dry out and die.

I hate rain, especially in the winter. I think I'd probably end up offing myself if I lived in London or Seattle. Rain/overcast is just depressing as shit.

Haha, I live close to seattle but really the rain does opposite to me. It makes me happier, a type of vibe I cant describe. Its most likely because all my good childhood memories outside were in the rain, or when it was raining and you can hear it thump against your house.. and the sky just looks dark and dreary. I love it.
