You wont know until you try it, but my guess is the resistance is going to be much too large to be of any value.  Carbon, by itself, has a pretty decent resistance.

just learn to solder, the worst you get is a tiny poof of vaporizing flux from the core of the solder.  its not like you are breathing in hexavalent chromium or something.

My graduate advisor invented some kind of conductive epoxy involving crosslinked carbon nanotubes.  I'm not sure what ever happened with that...

there is conductive ink, they even make it in pens, but seriously, use solder.

You can use a heatsink, but if you're fast you don't need one.
