Fucking in Texas ....
    #12044178 -

I'm 19. Is it legal to fuck a 17 year old in Texas. Please answer if you know the answer. Don't state an opinion if its not true. I looked it up on google and asked about 10 different people. I have got different answers. I do not think its wrong at all. explain. And if the answer is "if the parent consents" well wtf does that mean? Do I need to get it in writing ? ahhaha seriously.

It's not like you're gonna go to the police station or tell her parents right after you fuck her...

Well she is coming over to my apartment tomorrow. Her mom is dropping her off. Her mom asked her if she was getting dropped off just to fuck. she said no. We are still going to fuck. But thats not the only reason we are hanging out. She is my g/f. Blonde, blue eyes, 5'0. 95lbs but not "too skinny' just small, I love it. But anyways. I told her its not illegal, then she keeps saying her mom says it is. I just want to fucking pull up some Texas law and show it to her, and if its under consent, isn't her mom dropping her off at my house and leaving us alone consent??? Fuck we are just 2 years apart. Damnit already.

You'll be fine as long as her parents aren't off in the head. Sex with the underage is much like getting high with a friend: as long as it's consensual, and nobody feels like informing the police you'll be fine. Hell, I'm sure you'll enjoy it - have fun!

It's consensual. You're in the clear bro.

Enjoy every deep down thrust because you love her,  and when the law slithers into your thoughts, dedicate the next few thrusts until it slithers back out~

Wow.

My apologies, I didn't mean to offend you. I was simply trying to tell you that given your circumstances, you'll be fine. Especially if her aunt set you up, there's no point in worrying. It's as you said, you're two years apart. You're gold.

Yea you guys are right. I'm just over thinking things. Today was shitty, she texted me flippin' out b/c her fucking step mom started fucking with her over the age, then I learned I almost got fired for some fucking niggers complaint. Wait can I say that? Well I did. Because he is one. Fucking Krogers, he used to work there and wanted to be a fucking nigger like he is and get someone fired and the dumbass managers believed his bullshit, lucky 3 or 4 people who work there took up for me, they didnt even bothering asking me for my opinion, i found this out through coworkers, and the fucking nigger got fired from the same exact kroger I work at, WTF? Damnit I fucking hate people today. . Oh well. At least Ill come home with $30-50 worth of free coupons every night, fuck them. Should I feel bad for it??? Well I don't. This thread just turned into a rant, had to let some steam out... God I just need to get laid tomorrow.

Show your a mature person. Go speak to her mom. Make things consensual. If you really like this girl you would do that anyway. Go have dinner or something. Get to know the family. I'm  sure they would appreciate it themselves.

Yeah and then just ask for permission hahahah! You would be the biggest pimp ever if you could put a post it on her ass saying she is approved for your own pleasure!

Yea the firs time I meet her mom I'm going to walk up and introduce myself and ask her to sign some paper giving her consent to take her daughter upstairs to my place the fuck her?!?!... Not a bad idea... That's something I would hang on my wall. Maybe in a picture frame. Idk.
