Sriracha is the SHIT.  I absolutely HATE the taste of Louisiana sauce and Tabasco.  I honestly can not understand how people eat it - the flavour completely ruins any food it is put on to me.

I'm eating some tacos with hot sauce right now.  :drooling:

Never liked hot food at all until I got introduced to Indian food by some friends in college.  Now I appreciate the extra dimension that spiciness adds to food.

i almost need my food to be spicey. everything else is just boring to me.

habanero sauces are ok.

i forget the name of the one i just had but it was based on the bhut jolokia pepper (hottest in the world). that was DAMN good. i can see how most people wouldnt like it though. it can be pretty intense.

The ghost pepper is 3 times spicier than habanero.  Which is an enormous amount of spice.

Some of this stuff for just adding heat to soups.  Clocks in at a cool 1,000,000 scoville. 



Some of this to torture my friends who think they can handle heat.  1,500,000 scoville. Six times hotter than Da Bomb Ground Zero that was posted earlier.



And this is my usual hot sauce.  Great flavor and intense heat.  750,000 scoville.  Just for comparison on these Dave's insanity clocks in at 52,000 scoville.
