I really dislike this type of music for the most part too.

I dunno Big Bear's pretty good although I prefer Memphis Underground rap.

that's what I'm saying, there is MUCH better stuff. Look, I'm white, live on the bayou, listen to stuff like Syd Barrett and the Doors, read stuff like Castaneda, play CLASSICAL guitar, and demand artistry in music, and I'm telling you, there is actually some really good hip hop out there.

I can't expect you or anybody else to appreciate these the way I do, but here:

This one here is my absolute favorite hip hop song. i don't care for the 3rd verse as much, it's still good, but not as good as the other two
but this song is epic to me. I've had some really profound experiences with this song. I especially love the first verse (and the chorus/hook), which takes a few listens to really hear clearly

these are a different style:
this song is another very fav

I don't like the last verse on this one as much, but the first verse is great
