No offence dude but you sound a little immature yourself.

Good advice is obviously you'll want to get her to move out, but if that's not an option, try and meet her half way, you don't like some of the things she does, she doesn't like some of the stuff you do.

Tell her you'll try and cut down on the smoking when she's at home, watch movies in your room with your friends and then tell her to change her ways, bit of give and take works well rather than constant complaining.

I don't think id need to hear that from anybody. I pretty much inferred  that she had mental problems just from what you had to say about her. First off, if she goes that far out of her way to torment you and your friend, she SO VERY extremely likely to rat you out for such illegal activity. If your shit is really close to being done, finish it and get rid of EVERYTHING. If it isn't close, get rid of EVERYTHING. But no matter what you do, if she isn't on the lease, BOOT that crazy mega-bitch.
