This is the last bastion of the pathetically deluded bible readers, lack of direct evidence of god IS NOT NEEDED to disprove the existence of the biblical god. The word god comes from the bible, the bible claims its self to be the word of said god, the bible also claims a ton of other outlandish shit that CAN AND HAVE BEEN SCIENTIFICALLY DIS PROVEN MANY TIMES OVER. This is absolutely incredible. If you still doubt, then verify it for yourself. A formula for calculating pi is:

pi = 4 * (1 - 1/3 + 1/5 – 1/7 +…)

(Alternately, you could very precisely measure the circumfrence of the universe and simply divide by the diameter.)

Examining the mathematical structure of nature has revealed God's unambiguous message. The only question now is what exactly does the message mean? It is clear that God exists, but since there is no way to use punctuation in the sentence, he was slightly impaired in his communication ability. For example, does the message mean:

Hello. This is God speaking. Here I am. I created the universe.

Or

Hello. This is God speaking here. I am. I created the universe.

Either way it is clear what God is trying to say.

i don't know what to tell you other than i am pretty sure there is a divine mover. we can only assume this because something moved. the "bang" happened and it was big. what was the first "cause" to create the first "effect" resulting in this universe?

did causality just "cause" itself to be?

Once you understand that the universe is BILLIONS OF YEARS OLD, and that it's current form began with a sudden BANG. You should by now have realized that GOD as you call it, isn't a being, or dude with a beard or any such nonsense. GOD is everything. God is the universe, god is you, god is me, god is every thought you've ever had. God isn't a sentient super-being, who controls heaven or hell(because they don't exist except as constructs in your mind), god just is.

Once you come to this realization, and understand that this is the only possible explanation for existence that there is. You will understand that none of this religious bickering, or petty debate matters anyway.

You should be good to your fellow man simply because you want to be treated well in return, and because it feels good to be nice. NOT because some fucking book told you too.

Get over yourselves.

Yo. It always has existed. It never didn't exist. The big bang simply signaled the recognizable beginning of our current universe.

Causality isn't particularly confusing. The universe willed itself into being. Before it was the universe we know, it was an immeasurable tiny particle of infinite mass and energy. This infinitely massive article, was also, infinitely conscious.

In an instant, it decided to expand.


Here, to illustrate my point ask yourself this question: If "God" caused the big-bang, then who/what caused "god"?
