I fucking hate sprint!

So sprint just automatically  charged my girls account 200 bucks that they wont take off. I have a auto billing  set up on my account and we got new phones with her credit card.  Well there computer saved her Credit card info and decided to charge her account instead of mine. So i spent the last 2 hours trying to get her money back.

" we cant refund the account because it has been more then 24 since its been charged"
Bullshit im looking at her account right now it was charged at 9am assholes!

So I get her the money out of my account and try to get her credit card info off my account... for the next 2 hours!

I talked to 5 idiots who all tell me some different bullshit saying its automatic  and will be taken off after 90 days. I told them this is total bullshit since its not even my card. They hang up on me.


So now I call to cancel my account because this last month I spent nearly 500 bucks and they are still giving me shit service. I find out its going to run me 250 dollars pre LINE!

I think I got my girls CC info off my account but we will see. Thanks sprint for causing a huge fucking fight and making it so my girl doesnt want to trip tonight. I hope you get Ebola and fucking die

On top of that they give all your information/call-text logs to the government.

fuck yes they do Q-West is the only phone company that won't let the government walk all over them.  I just wish they had towers in my area.  *sigh*

yeah but does skype have cell phones I work LONG hours and I dont have access to a phone at work besides my cell.

I hear they have a pay per call or free cell phone in Europe. It isn't likely in America as long as these telecommunication giants seem to be running the government... or the government is running them. I don't use my cell often.

hhaha CB would work I do use one for the job. Wonder if I'd get into shit for using there CB or if the signal would be affected .

Sprint has tried to fuck me over many times. For no reason I would get all of these massive charges added onto my bill, I could usually just call in and get them taken off but it happened so often it was like, what the fuck? Luckily I know somebody who works at the Sprint store now so It doesn't happen anymore.

You really just gotta know how to talk to em.  I get my bills reduced almost every single time I get charged.  I never pay activation fees, late fees, upgrade fees, or any surcharges or anything because I call, and complain to a supervisor the right way and I always get what I want.




If you don't want to pay the cancellation fees for the phone, find an address of a friend, relative, anyone where you DO NOT get signal what so ever, and change your address to there.  Then complain about how you don't get service "And there is no way in hell you'll pay a cancellation fee when your phone doesn't work ".  You may have to try this one a couple times ( getting hung up on for debating so much ) but it will eventually work and save you a load of cash. :smile:
