A bad ass set of paint markers.
Or just a couple colors, they're kind of expensive.

A great way for making "almost" permanent paint is to drain normal ink pens into rubbing alcohol and channel that into your spray can.

sharpie permanent markers. thats why my brother asked me for so i got him like the 30 pack or whatever he says their the best for working on paper...

i would suggest some markers and ink.
maybe a nice t-shirt, hoodie or sweater with graffiti art on it?
