there is no war in Brave New World

We live in a world that is a combination of "1984" and "Brave New World."  Our country more closely resembles Brave New World, but many totalitarion countries are similar to the world of 1984.  We have our perpetual wars (military industrial complex) and we have our endless supply of mindless happiness.

I believe SO STRONGLY in the internet because free knowledge is the key to staying free.  In both those books there was no access to literature.    Those people had no way to break free from their ignorance.  As long as we keep the interent uncesored (China ) we will have freedom to at least know the truth.

i guess it would be acceptable, depending on what you get plugged in as....  super-star midas with the body of an olympic athlete, the quick, agile movements of a jungle cat, the face of a professional model, hundred dollar bills to wipe your ass with and drugs of all types in dispensers on your home walls, no health problems, never have to work, virutuoso musical talent, art talent like Picasso.....hmmmmm....I guess i might decide to get plugged in.
