Me Crying about the Steelers

I can't fucking believe it.

There's nothing worse than a team that underachieves. 


What makes this worse is that this is the SECOND TIME coming off a superbowl winning season that the team has gone to shit and basically blew their playoff hopes.



With that being said, what hurt most, was how close all the losses were.


Against the Bears, Ravens, Bengals TWICE, Raiders, Chiefs...EVERY SINGLE ONE of our losses were blown 4th quarter leads.


But fucking, the simple fact we lost the RAIDERS and CHIEFS.  That's the ultimate sign of apocolypse for a team.




Anyways, there's a couple things that need to be done with this team.


Bruce Arians needs to be fired.  He's a horrible horrible offensive coordinator who just HAPPENS and REALLY got lucky to get promoted to that spot on this team.


And those of you who may think he EARNED the spot at O coordinator?  Think again.  We had Ken Whisenhunt AND Rus Grimm has candidates (ken was O coord before leaving to AZ) who were both FAR superior offensive minds.



There are PLENTY of terrible offensive coordinators on good teams.  Look at the Giants.  Kevin Gilbride has shit for brains.



Secondly, the draft should revolve around two positions.  Cornerback, Offensive line.  I wouldnt mind seeing a good 4 draft picks devoted to those positions.




And Finally, James Farrior needs to be benched.  You let Timmons grow in the nickle formation, and say fuck it to the one guy who has by far the worst coverage skills of any middle linebacker in the league.

I was at the Bears game when they beat ya'll. I had steelers fans all around me it was a great time. Hopefully the Bears beat Green Bay I will be freezing my dick off at that game too!

i pretty much already gave up hope after the Raiders loss.


This is pretty much rock bottom. 



But I've been through many many season of dissappointment before, so it's nothing new.





It's hard to really be pissed about my team though,  winning two Super Bowls in the past 4 years makes it easier to forgive them.

Let's add Brian Shottenheimer to that list too for the NYJ.  Somehow this guy survives every coaching regime change made by management and he clearly SUCKS.  I don't get it.  Hopefully, Ryan will eat him.

Oh well, at least you like a team who, in the long run, is consistently good.  They will be back at the super bowl in a couple years, that's almost guaranteed.
