1br 1bath house for 90k

i live in a pretty affluent community and this property is only 10 minutes away from my current place.  it is next to a bird sanctuary, hiking trails, has a loft and a private backyard.

im 24 years old and could totally buy this place.  i'm a really simple guy without a lot of needs.  i don't expect to have a family and don't need a lot of space.  just quiet and privacy.  i could grow some pot in the backyard and buy really nice things for my place because i'd be saving so much money.  to never have to worry about where i'm going to live is a really cool idea.  i could be totally free in this place.

Is this property inside your affluent community?

A house for 90 k sounds like it would be something more common in an area with... a high negro population.

You must choose wisely.

I just bought a house for around the same price. 3 bdrs 2acres 1700sf. It's in a rural area with 3000 acres of state forest and a protected lake across the street.

Take some time and find one you really like. good luck

i'm going to call for the address.  the cities in my county are mostly populated by white, educated people.  there are the hispanic areas of certain cities and one big nig town but this place isn't around those areas.  i hope nobody else is as intrigued by the ad as me.

Why is it so cheap?  If its really in an "affluent area", that is nice, I'd think the price would be about 3-4 times what its listed for.

4br 2ba houses go for 500k plus around here.  maybe a little less right now because of the down market.  i hope she calls me back with the addy tomorrow.

Friend of mine got a house 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house for 80k. Located in the outskirts of a hispanic town about 1/2 a mile from the ghetto area. His subdivision is pretty nice with mostly white people. What happened is obama told the banks to hold off on forclosing for 6 months so when they finally did a good 40 homes popped up in that community. The house with the same layout of his just sold for $110,000 2 weeks ago on a street next to him. Lucky as fuck. This is in Arizona about 5-7 miles from the city

I wouldn't call stuck in an arizona suburb lucky.  There is a reason those tract homes are 100k a pop
