question to the exercisers

Been working out for a week straight, including a mile on the treadmill, 50 crunches, and 50 pushups. What is the best exercise i can do to tighten my stomach?

Okay you

You want some abs

First thing you got to do is burn the goo around it

Don't matter how many crunches you do - if you got that blanket around it, it aint gonna show

Best way to burn goo is to get your metabolism up - easy way to do that is to start doing weights (serious)

Then in a bit you'll start looking like hot shit

Hiking, biking, ect..
the  key keep your heartrate/breathing at a level where you can still carry on a conversation(60-70% of max).  You go too hard and your outta the 'aerobic zone'  and burning stored sugar instead of FAT.

I've lost 20 pounds in 4 months doing this.
My abs are showing without doin one sit=up
