what do you think of slang?

i  use the occasional slang word like 'steez'  when i am talking about picking up drugs  or 'budda'  initiate a budda session :leaf:

but in general slang seems retarded sometimes, especially when someone is saying sentences that are like ' yo bro  you have to steez  on that heady shit'  or    another one i find annoying- one of my friend says the word  - 'goodsky'  as a way of saying are you fucked up  :suicide:

why do you draw a distinction between slang and "acceptable" words? They're still words with definitions.

I have a friend who always says "organic matter" when he's talking about weed.

And a guy I smoke with sometimes has discovered that he can make a sign with his hands that looks like a pot leaf, so every time he asks people to smoke he does it. :facepalm:

steez = style. idk how the hell you're using it.

i use alot of slang, but thats cause im a skater and i refer to tricks and shit that people do as gnarly, tight, sick, etc. and of course all the drug slang.

I'm okay with slang. Language is always evolving. I just don't like when people can not form real sentences that make sense or are really ghetto. I can't speak ghetto.  :afro:
