Penis enlargement

Anybody ever tried? My wang isnt TOO small, but its small (4.5-5 inches TOPS), but obviously i wouldnt mind it being a bit bigger then that. Ive tried jelqing, extenders, and magna rx, none of which have worked.
Now I dont need people telling me I need to be more comfortable with myself, cause I know Im a fine lover, I just wouldnt mind a little extra length.

Well Ive read that pumps are only for temporary enlargement, mostly for erectile dysfunction, im thinking more permanent solution.
I also am a firm believer that size doesnt matter, but it would still be nice, lol.
