I did 4 months a while back. Worth every day. :thumbup:

Happy in my present situation now again though and couldn't imagine going off for so long.

It was never a problem for me, but I could tell it was getting "regular".

4 months is some discipline.

Do the week at least you will enjoy it the longer you stay away.

Na,nothing to do with discipline,was getting bad anxiety from it and every time I smoked it got worse.

It was a huge relief and a burden off my shoulders to stop.

Did it to save my mind and it did wonders. :thumbup:

Well, I know a ton of hippies call it "medicine" who just wanna get high.  But I have had pretty bad anxiety issues since the age of about 12.  And it seems to fix mine temporarily.

But, like you said, I am going to try for at least the week.  it is nice to step away and look from a different angle.

I am VERY aware of my erratic thoughts bouncing everywhere though.

Erratic thoughts,that puts it well. I couldn't control the thoughts that were going on in my head and as soon as I worried about one,another popped in and another...

Can't even remember what thoughts but just jumbled streams of negative nonsense.

listening to the cure here and trying not to rake sharp pointy things across my wrist...god I love and hate this music so much:lol:

Anyone else notice that most people pronounce across with a t at the end? My theory is that the vast majority of the time you say across your next word is "the", and after a while it becomes a habit.

Oh fuck me, the smiths are one now.:suicide:
