all this talk of hangovers make me cherise the fact that i haven't had a sip (ok i had a cold beer yesterday in the sun, but that doesn't count) to drink for the past 2 weeks! not trying to go sober, or anything, but exams have put pressure on me, and my wallet/liver can always use a break.

but next weekend is my birthday, so i've gotta go all out... finish my last exam on friday, then party on saturday to celebrate :smile:

My favorite drink. Hands down. Try a good organic milk, I wonder what a soy milk would be like? I've never tried it.

I'm lactose intolerant so I'm going to try making soy milk kahlua mudslides this summer. Soy is a great lowfat substitute for cream in coffee, actually adds a little bit of sweetness. :thumbup:

I love Kahlua but I usually get the generic coffee liquer to save a few bucks.

When it comes to alcohol I don't see dollar signs, I just buy what ever sounds good. Not cool walking out of a bar half poped right into a liquor store at 9pm and coming out with a 60$ dollar bottle of Cabo Wabo.

I don't like JC. Never had Cabo Wabo. I do enjoy a good tequila I just haven't tried that much. Patron is pretty good.

It does sort of sound like a rum it's a tequilla though. It's good stuff, I can drink it straight out of a glass it has such a fine flavour.

Yuck. Vodka is one of my least favorite liqours, especially the cheap stuff that tastes like rubbing alcohol. Higher end vodka is okay.

It was a 1/5th. That is cheap, I seen them going for 100$ in Colorado. It was the Blue Bottle I don't remember details.

That cheap shit left a bad taste in my mouth for years, I had got to liking it after I started sampling high quality stuff. Cheap liqour just stinks.

Yup, when I was younger cheap liquor was fine. But now I'm starting to appreciate better quality liquors. Ones that you can drink straight on the rocks and not gag. I think maybe my tastebuds are evolving.
