Magical items another realm.  You'll need the wizard's cap for help.

Is the wizard's cap is the key to the other realm?

Good advice doc

Really though,I read that people who thought they saw ghosts were really just asleep but in sleep psychosis I think.

I was at least half conscious when I was still hearing the voice too.

It was the same voice both times. The last time was months ago...

What do I want to be looking for?

Good questions.  Should you even be looking for something?  What if you've already found it and just didn't realize?

He hasn't found it, nobody's found it.

If somebody did then he wouldn't be looking.

every time i trip, i always get a sort of empty feeling...like i have not found what i am looking for. that there is something i want but i cant quite figure out what it could be. at times i think its a cigarette that i want, but then once i get one i realize thats not it. but its the same kind of craving. maybe its just me, but the only thing i am ever able to do at that point to satisfy my craving  is to take more psychadelics...which only worsens the feeling lol. that is what you should look for. that mysterious thing to satisfy the craving.
