Potency is over rated.

Just eat more of the less potent stuff and you'll get to the same place... especially if you extract to something like tea (so you don't actually have to eat the fungus). If you are actually gobbling the fungus, then yes, higher potency means you won't have to eat as much.

Yea i have sworn off cubes till i successfully grow something else.  I want to try all sorts f pchycoactive shrooms im working on pan subbs, pan tropicalis, pan cyan and ima try psilocybe ovoid

When you cased with soil thats all it was?  straight potting soil?  and the begining of stone formation does the sub turn kinda brown?

I harvested a few medium sized stones and put them in a little plant pot (for seedlings) and covered it w/ soil. Watered it whenever it looked dry. In a few weeks I had pins, and the thing fruited a couple shrooms a week for two or three months. I just left it outside, so the humidity level was a bit low (and not all shrooms were printable). I imagine a mini-casing like this would work very well in a regular PF-style shotgun chamber.

So all it was was just a stone?  Im using rgs i dont have to include any of that and just cover with soil?  what about using coir or anything else a shroom grower would have.  Thank you very much for yuor time cervantes your a fucking shroom god

Just stones (I used more than one... 2-3 stones varying in size... they were all roughly between the size of a small and a large marble). No substrate. I only added enough dirt to cover them... sometimes when I watered the casings, the tops of the stones would become exposed.

You'd probably get more fruits if you used some substrate, but they'd also probably contam more quickly.

I have heard a drop of water on top of the cap can help, but I often have trouble getting a drop of water to stay on a curved surface like a cap.

Good dark printing caps should print no matter what. But if you live in a dry climate, you may wish to place a damp sponge or something in your printing area/container in order to keep the humidity up... I dunno (neither option is exactly sterile).

Some caps are just harder to print than others, and the smallest caps dry VERY fast. I don't even bother with smaller than average caps any more.

I was just looking at my jars and lc and noticed that there are brighter white spots.  Anyone know wat this is?  Im hoping just myc and not contaim

ATL 7 is weird stuff. Looks all sorts of strange.

Cervantes- I think you could boil a bit of perlite and put a dish of it inside the glovebox for humidity. I'm going to have to try that or something apparently- I have low humidity.

Yea its all fuct one jar i have i would swear has cobweb:shrug: I dunno but it doesnt seem to grow as fast as cobweb does and then a couple different white colours in the jar.

Pics might help. But with ATL 7 I get stones up against the glass pretty quickly. If you are seeing them, you probably are ok.
