you obviously didnt read the article, it stated plainly why they didnt appear, it also states that a hearing is set for 11/06

Here's the way I look at it man...  Every semi-alive person will know that a major corporation will be associated with negative publicity.
And we know that many of the questionable morals and business ethics in the expose`s and critiques that are publicized are almost positively, if not 100%, accurate.
Within the executions of business achievement, it seems, flexible morality is common-practice.

Now you can take this statement, analyze it, and choose whether you're comfortable in accepting the practices, or ideologically and perhaps diametrically, opposing them.

This becomes a personal choice for the individual to make. 
Logically, if you agree and adhere to the practices of moral flexibility, then you must either discourage both actions, or accept both actions... meaning if you agree with 2 individuals using sleazy and corrupt methods of acquiring 1.26 Billion dollars, then you must agree with Pepsi's initial accumulation of its wealth by its business practices.
You cannot reject one and accept another... well you can, but then it'd be a double-standard.
Now, in relevance, logically speaking still, if you disagree with the said practices in the acquiring of wealth on the end of Pepsico... you must then reject the actions of the 2 swindlers, or otherwise be charged with ideological inconsistency.


The way I look at it man, is that two people doing that, they mine as well be another "Pepsi" and become no better, if not worse, than what they're trying to dismantle or at the very least rip off.

I'm on Pepsi's Side on this one, because it is, on a person to person level, purely dubious and utter bullshit.
