I dont think he even knows what he's talking about. I don't know what he's talking about. I get the feeling that he had a Sociology 101 book on hand and at the end of the chapter there was a section titled "Questions to ponder" and one of them was "Is the Modus Operandi of global society dynamics evolving at a fast pace?" and he thought that sounded like a difficult question so he posted it in an attempt to appear intellectually challenging.
