Festival 8 / halloween concerts

just curious .... is anybody going to festival 8 in cali this weekend? havent seen any threads on it.


anybody else going to any Halloween or Halloween wknd concerts?

im seeing pearl jam at the legendary Philadelphia Spectrum this Weds, Fri and Sat (halloween). its the last events to ever be held at the historic venue.


saturday should be insane. for those who dont know all the sports venues are in the same complex in philadelphia. so on saturday there is a flyers game at 1pm....World Series gm 3 at 8 and Pearl Jam closing down the Spectrum !  cant wait man


anybody else going to shows this wknd?

festival 8 right here.  Waffling between getting my ticket on craigslist now or just driving out to the desert and picking em up on the way in.  I'm sure it shouldn't be too hard to get a cheap ticket on the way in.  Its just a leap of faith to drive a couple hours with no tix in hand.  CL might come through, already missed a pair of half priced tix:crazy:

im curious to see/hear what this acoustic set they are planning is all about. what the song selection will be.  they have never played an acoustic set before correct?

Yeah, that acoustic set is gonna be great.  They have never done and acoustic set before(as far as I know).  That and the secret album cover should make for a great weekend.:rainbowdrink:
