Cooler temps what strain?

I'm having an issue with keeping the FC constantly at optimal fruiting temps.i have to spend most of the day away and the room temp drops to 65.I have no control over the heat settings in the house The RH in the FC seems fine just the temp  i cannot keep stable. My question is does anyone recommend a strain that well grow better in cooler temps or that is more forgiving in temp shift. Right now i'm trying B+ and only have 1 mushroom to show for it. (and that has taken a few weeks to form) I also thought about heating the inside of the FC somehow but i'm not really sure the best way to do that. so i'm thinking if i cant heat the inside maybe try a strain that will be better with the conditions i have. Thanks in advance you guys are great!!! Oh one more question I think i missed how often do you change the perlite? can you wash and reuse or is it better to just get new?

all cubes will colonize and fruit at those temps.

Although i may advise others in a general way regarding all types of mushroom grows, and may even post question from other forums about growing "active" mushrooms, i only grow non-"active" mushrooms and edibles.

I found some of my old cakes outside that had mushrooms growing on them yesterday. It's been in the 50's/40's here for the last week or so.

i grow in my garage temps as low as 55 and they are fine just slower

Something else is likely the cause of this...Temps could be responsible but I bet its something else.
