Seconds won't  be displayed.  But it is the first person to post on the exact minute of the time.  For example, at 12PM on the first drawing, it will be the very first person with 12:00PM exactly displayed in their post.

Sure you could argue that someone posted 1 second before 12:00PM exactly, ie 11:59:59 PM, but there is no way to know, so this  is the way for the win!

I think it would just need to be geared towards the audience... ie a movie the typical Shroomery member would enjoy watching.  Those are the movies I like.  I think it would be cool to do a movie that isn't so well known, but would be a hit here at the Shroomery.
