I went to my orthopedic Doctor for my 2 1/2 week check up after I broke my ankle bone (fibula), and I was hoping to get moved up to a 'walking boot' instead of having to use crutches, as I always have healed up pretty fast when I broke bones in the past.

She told me that the X-Rays show absolutely NO indication of bone formation, it hasn't healed AT ALL!, so I'm stuck walking on Crutches for another 3 weeks at least until the next check up.

Bummer.
