Yeah everyone in the dorms say that he's the one nazi RA out of this entire hall. It doesn't help either that we live right next to him.
I wasn't even really drinking from the handle either. Some other people brought it over and gave me one or two shots, but I would of rather just not gotten busted. But it's whatever. It already happened so there's no point in tripping about it too hard.

I'm expecting to go to a alcohol education class, but when you say probation, do you mean academic probation or piss test and parole officer probation? Because if it was the latter, that'd be fucking ridiculous.
