Dinner tonight

I decided to make some stuffed bell peppers.

they include
rice
mushrooms
onion
cillantro
tomatoe
chicken breast
garlic
challots
and various seasonings.

half way up i added some cubes of fresh mozzerella, then topped them all off with another layer of cheese.

I'll post the photo when they're ready.

That sounds really good.I have never had anything besides ground beef in a stuffed bell pepper.I bet chicken would be a good substitute.Ill have to try that.

Cool.

I like a little mayo and some chopped sweet pickles(gerkins) or some sweet relish if there are no sweet pickles in the fridge.

Tuna from a can is inedible without the mayo.IMO

there is a shit ton that i had left over because i only had 4 bell peppers... 2 cups of rice makes a grip

sorry, i had company..... My friend had one and held it in high regard. apparently he likes to cook as well. \





i think they needed more salt. I added none. Maybe some soy sauce would have done the trick.
