LOL @ my dinner.

ok so, I Am sick with a cold or some lame shit, oh well it happens.  I consider myself a healer of sorts, at LEAST when it comes to my own body. soo I wanted to make a healing dinner that also tastes delicious.  in a pan I threw:

onion
green pepper
spinish
cous cous
olive oil
sesame oil
chopped almonds
sesame seeds
flax
Cayenne
rosemerry
thai spice
tempeh
6 cloves of garlic
nutritional yeast
oregano
Sake
water
24 herb mix

simmered it for about 10 minutes on low, and then pan fried it on med-hi for another 10.  I had my doubts, but it is quite nice, and soo spicy mmmmmmmm.  hope I kick this cold.

For dinner tonight I got myself a steak with some sauteed chanterelles with a beer on the side. Mmmmm goooood.
