ok, let me take the time to use my energy to clear up your ignorance. He is not just pressing play and standing there.

Yes, some things are run by triggers on a laptop, yes there are some samples on the laptop, but!

A: look into the lemur, it is essentially a sequencer in it's own right and requires a lot of attention.

B: he is also mixing using 2 CD turntables which requires beat matching, EQ'ing effects, dubbing, looping, ect ect ect.

C: his live set is only used live, it is different than any of his album material.
