Is it a scam site? Are you saying that because it's not a sponsor?


I ordered my first syringe from a site called micro-supply.com and it came to me in 4 days, 12CC syringe for 15 bucks (shipping included).

I hope to god your wrong, then id be out 80 bucks and id never trust another site again XD

If thats the case, then what sites should i use? Ive heard countless stories of Ryche Hawk scamming ppl, giving syringes a month too late.

Wow, thats some bs. The hawk is the most trustworthy of em all! He's been in the biz since pf fanaticus went down.

I dont want to throw any site under the bus. If someone told me that Micro-Supply was a scam, id defend them all night (they arent well known, but they were good to me.)

Ive been frantically reading through spores101 related threads, and some people say they didnt get there syringes at all, and some are really vouching for the site. I guess the only real way to know is to wait and see. Ill keep you guys posted on how long (if at all) the spores take to get to my house.

God, if you guys could send me spores (if spores rips me off) then thatd be the most amazing thing i could think of right now. And of course, id return the favor in double from that harvest :laugh:

To each his/her own... I'd rather go with a sure thing than the possibility that maybe I'll get what I pay for :shrug:

The sponsors pay money to the shroomery for the honor of being a sponsor.  Sponsors also have to keep a good reputation here, otherwise they risk losing their ability to advertise on this, the mecca of mushrooms.  If it wasn't for the shroomery I would have never gotten into this hobby.  IMO buying from sponsors is a way of giving back to the community that has been kind enough to show me the ways of the mushroom.

Defending a vendor who hasn't done squat, or in some cases has done harm to the community through shady business practices just doesn't sit well with me for one.

Well, its my first bulk grow and i was planning on doing 4 ohmatic monotubs, but because itll only cost about an extra 50 bucks to add two more tubs (after coir, bin costs,) i decided to just go for it.

6 diff strains, B+, Koh Samui, P.E.S.A., orissa india, Puerto Rican, Gulf Coast.

go big or go home eh? XD

still allot you can get 5 of your choice for 40from sporeworks and ralfsters is like 30 for 4 or 5 can rember.  i dont have  Koh Samui or orissa india so if you get them to work let me know if there is anything on my list you like

Good news (sofar).

Got a receipt the day i ordered the spores in my email, then 2 days later got the shipping information along with a code. Put that code-roosky in UPS.com and sure enough its on the way. Sofar so good, now we just got to say if they work.

One thing im sure about, is that im ridiculously over the top sterile. I was in a sterilized room working with a glovebox wearing clean cotton and full gear when i knocked up them jars, and i plan to do it again.

Sopha its good to hear your getting something out of this. Check in this forum a few weeks from now once i get started, because ill be posting questions like crazy. If you have any questions on PF Tek feel welcome to ask me. :laugh:

thanks man.

i plan to make a good log the moment i actually get things started. I hate clicking a log im interested in, and they're like 1 week into the grow, and have 2 pictures of the birdseed they bought uploaded.

Im going to post a grow once im completely finished, but ill keep you guys updated (mainly with questions that arise) once everything gets going.

Im shopping for my jars / polyfill / tyvek in a few days, and im going to start my jars the moment the spores get here.

trust me, ill give a good bulk grow once i have something to talk about. Im a little worried about... posting inciminating evidence onto the internet though XD

I realized i never gave any proof that ive ever grown before.
can someone tell me how to upload pics? XD
