Did you not read that I sustained a head injury which has made things much more difficult? I even exercise to try to improve this, and it only helps so much. At least now I can actually sit in front of a computer screen without getting a throbbing headache. I definitely agree with you about meditation over harmful chemicals, dont get me wrong, but after a few years of excessive difficulty, I guess I am a little desperate at this point, especially since the schoolwork is piling up, and the due dates are not waiting for me.

Please don't be condescending, in the first post I mentioned that I don't like to take drugs. I do meditate, but generally it puts me in a state where linear thought and logical concentration go out the window. I will take your advice though, and try to apply it as a grounding tool. I do appreciate the input.

so true... adderall definitely helps but isn't worth it in the long run imo (I liked it way too much).
