Can you please instruct the mod team regarding the location, purpose and use of the dump forum. Some mods seem to think OTD is the place to dump shitty threads. We really don't want them.

Sure, they'll probably see this thread, so if a post has no redeeming value please just lock or dump it instead of moving it to OTD.

Cherry bom in particular often sends pub crap to OTD despite often being asked not to.

It's a pain in the butt. How would you like all the no brainer threads from the PE forum being dumped into the Garden?

i noticed that, but lets be honest about another forum, people put so much stuff in the pub that really belongs other places, ODD, PE, etc stuff ends up there as a dumping ground and the pub is ridiculously bogged down a lot of time. Cant the mods move some of these? there are like 20 of them in there anyway.

What really bugs me is these noobs who sign in, scroll past several boards where their stuff belongs, and dump it in the pub. a good percentage of these are mushroom cultivation things. how does someone actually scroll past something right in front of them? you almost gotta try to end up with that in the pub.

I understand that the Pub gets tons of threads per hour and mods can't see all of them.

I have used the notify mod button a few times and was bitched at for doing it.
