I still have a ringing in my ears but the show was incredible.

Funny thing:  The place was filled to capacity for this absoltuely awful band Phoenix.  Some really really gay indie high school girl music and as soon as their set ended I'd say about 1/3 of the venue emptied out.  So we were able to move down to the 10th row.

It was intense.  They played half of De-Loused and a lot of songs of Octahedron.  At one point they played what seemed to me to be about 10 minutes of Cedric crooning into the mic while Omar played this soft and sparse blues number.  Pridgen was throwing down these wicked cymbal taps and gong hits.  It was hilarious.  All the indie fucking morons were getting really really anxious and then a lot of them left and as soon as they did, the band just ripped into the next song, shaking the entire arena.

Then right as the track ends Cedric burps into the mic and says "Thank you guys for being here, for standing, and for your attention spans."

It was fucking perfect.
