the answer of this question can be found by clicking the search option Yes they are psychedelic mushrooms, but contain muscarine and because of that should be dried.

There seems to be an art to getting any effect from fly agaric other than extreme nausea, rivers of sweating and excruciating headaches. It's a lot more complicated than using psilocybin mushrooms and very few people ever get a positive effect.
Clark Heinrich suggests it's best to use dried or cooked mature specimens if you really want to experiment.

the primary intoxicant in Amanita muscaria & A. pantherina is actually muscimol & ibotinic acid... ("toggle-switch" intoxication; the molecules resemble the neurotransmitter GABA)... plenty info here (in the Amanita section & in the fora), and at erowid & lycaeum... and elsewhere on the web, to be sure... it has been suggested that A muscaria is more useful as an admixture to custom brews than as a primary trip agent... ymmv greatly...

Yeah you can trip on them. When I did it, I didn't have any negative effects whatsoever. It felt just like a robitussin trip. I didn't have any nausea at all. I think you have to eat dried ones because drying them turns the poison into the good stuff.

drying them makes the ibotanic acid---> muscimol. this makes them less toxic too;-) amanita trips are very enlightening and they can be veeeery euphoric sometimes:-) also they can be very intense so find the proper dose for you experimenting.
