Passion Vine!!!

So,I just moved back to my good ole state of Florida after being gone for a couple of months,and much to my surprise my passion Vine has gotten Huge!!! This thing was a tiny cutting a few months ago,now it is out of control!!! I promised a few people cuttings from my vine,but don't remember who they are.Anyway,I can take as many cuttings as anybody could ever need,so feel free to pm me.if this belongs in the marketplace,feel free to move it for me Doc:grin:

VERY nice!
Does this kind of passion-flower bear fruit or its the MAOI passiflora?

What happened to the Doc again??? oh,and this one is the  MAOI passiflora.I've never seen it produce fruit at all.I do have a cutting I brought back from Kentucky with me that produces fruit though,but it may not make it.

thats cuz P. edulis be the fruiter...and a few others which arent yours :smile: 

beautiful plant though!  thy sure do have the knack for taking over fast!  tropical morning glories lol.

Is this Passiflora Incarnata? (Maypop) If so, it contains a small amount of MAOI and also produces a fruit from what I have read. Are you giving out cuttings for free? = OO I have been searching forever for one of these vines. I absolutely love them. Have you tried smoking the foliage or making a infusion from them?

Well,I'm not sure on what type it is,but I've never seen it make fruits,and the cuttings are free.I have made a tea from the flowers,and it was very tasty and relaxing:grin:

The Kentucky ones are incarnata, which does have MAOI, purportedly without the cyanogenic glycosides of many of its relatives including caerulea and edulis. 

KGB's florida passionflower is likely an ornamental hybrid, perhaps with genetics from incranata and/or caerulea.

There are so much cultivar that it's hard to tell whereas growing it from seeds (and if you are sure of your seed supplier !)... I would be happy with a cutting too !

So guys,for all the ones I promised cuttings to,I though I'd show you where I get mine from.These are massive vines that stretch about 100 feet across  a fence,and reach about 20 foot or so up into the trees.I can take thousands of cuttings,if need be.These pictures really don't show just how massive the whole plants are!!! Tell me what you guys think:grin:

No I haven't but I want to bad.The ones I have don't produce any fruit.The cutting i brought back from Kentucky does,but it's not doing so well:crazy:
